Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes made after 6:00PM (Pacific Daylight Time (US & Canada); Tijuana) 24 hours before check in date or no-shows are subject to a hotel fee equal to 100% of the total amount of the first nights stay.

Cancellations or changes made with a 48-72 hours notice are subject to no fees.

 

Group booking policy

For group bookings we require a deposit of 50% of the given quote 60 days before said arrival date to guarantee the reservation. In addition, you agree to pay the remaining balance 30 days prior to arrival. Any additions not agreed upon in the contract cannot be guaranteed, however we will do our best to accommodate. Deposits and payments can be made via cheque, authorized credit card or cash.

 

alterations

Cancellations and alterations can be made up to 30 days before the arrival date, any later cancellations forfeit the deposit, and any later alterations will not be guaranteed. All early departures will be charged the full room rate for all nights reserved. There will be no refunds for individual rooms cancelled from a group, as well no refunds will be provided for groups cancelling outside the time stated in our cancellation policy.
